The 53rd Annual Julyfest is underway with superb weather.  A big crowd turned out opening day to see and hear local favorite Splash perform from 7-11 p.m..  Right before Splash another area favorite performed...Mo Taylor.  Mo has performed all over the area and also directs the Binghamton University Pep Band.

The Saturday line up scheduled Mo Taylor again, the Parlor City 5K Run, Alex Jacobowitz, Glenda Davenport,  Michael Hill's Blues Mob, Bill Carter and the Presbybop Quintet, SIRSY and the Blacklites Show Band.

Julyfest wraps up July 12 with more entertain and plenty of food from vendors and local restaurants on or near Court Street.  Admission to Julyfest is free.

*Court Street is closed between Water Street and Exchange Street and State Street is closed between Henry and Hawley Streets for the festival.
