Happiness Matters

Here is something that I never thought about before but it makes perfect sense. The more unhappy you are at work, the stronger the Sunday Scaries hit you! According to the survey, over 90% of people who are "very unhappy" with their jobs feel the full force of the Sunday Scaries. So, maybe finding some joy in what you do, can help take the edge off those Sunday night nerves.

How Do We Cope?

When it comes to dealing with the Sunday Scaries, most of us turn to watching our favorite sport shows or listening to music, to give some relief from the coming workweek. According to the study, other people scroll through social media but I find that  makes me feel even more depressed.

I least you know that your not alone when it comes to the Sunday Scaries, now you know that you've got plenty of company here in New York.
