In an updated news release, Delaware County Sheriff Craig DuMond announced Deputies were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash with a report of serious injuries at the intersection of State Highway 23 and County Highway 10 in the Town of Davenport on July 26. No time of the call was given.
Authorities say their preliminary investigation showed the car was traveling Northwest on County Highway 10 and had entered the intersection when it was hit by the pickup truck that was driving Southwest on State Highway 23.
