If you are looking for a great workout and a way to combine your fitness training check-out the Hot Cross Run at Otsiningo Park on Saturday, June 18th.  The event gets underway at 10:00 AM with on-site registration beginning at 9:00 AM. The combination fitness run can provide a taxing workout in a different way.  Instead of just doing one form of exercise you can combine three different forms into one great workout. A portion of the proceeds raised from the event will be donated to the Southern Tier Aids Program.

Bikram Yoga Binghamton oversees the 15 minute hot yoga session.  Southern Tier CrossFit will help take people through the 15 minute CrossFit portion and Confluence Running will be on hand to answer any running or foot wear questions.
