The National Weather Service has a Winter Storm Warning in effect until 7 a.m.  February 10 for the Southern Tier of New York and the Finger Lakes.

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect for the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania until 1 a.m. February 10.

Travel conditions could be come hazardous.

The forecast is calling for 5 to 10 inches of snow in New York with a light coating of ice.  The highest accumulation is projected for the Finger Lakes with the lightest amount of snow accumulation on the New York/ Pennsylvania border.
