Guilford Man Accused of Inappropriate Behavior

Chenango County man is accused of making inappropriate comments to a child and subjecting the child to unwanted physical contact.

Sheriff’s officials say 31 year old Brad Roman of Guilford was arrested February 22 and charged with harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was ordered to appear in Town of Norwich Court at a later date.
