Franklin Woman Accused of Detaining Child Protective Services Worker
A Delaware County woman is accused of forcefully detaining a member of the County Department of Child Protective Services in her home to try to prevent the official from performing their duties.
Sheriff’s officials say they charged 52-year-old Tina Noble of Franklin with obstructing governmental administration and unlawful imprisonment in the May 15th incident.
There was no indication the C-P-S worker was injured.
Noble was released and is to appear in Town of Franklin Court at a later date.
