Drugs Found During Warrant Arrest in Waverly

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A Waverly man is in custody after police executed a warrant for criminal contempt and imprisonment.

Authorities say 26 year old Kyle Phillips was arrested October 2 in connection with a dispute that happened a week earlier.

During the arrest, Waverly Police say they found Phillips in possession of a bottle of Morphine Sulfate oral solution, a glass pipe, hypodermic needles and cut straws.

Phillips was sent to the Tioga County Jail on $10,000 bail.
