The annual Food-a-Bago push to feed the hungry in Broome County by filling a camper from Hillcrest RV with non-perishable food donations is underway.

The Food-a-Bago is set up in the parking lot of the Weis Food Market on Upper Front Street in the Town of Chenango until the morning of November 7.  All donations go to the Community Hunger Outreach Warehouse, or “CHOW” to be distributed to local families.

Radio personalities are on hand to take donations and CHOW barrels will be available for food collection when a staff-member is not available.

People are asked to bring non-perishable food in non-glass containers to the camper and many schools and businesses have issued challenges to their counterparts to match or beat the size of their donations.

Food-a-Bago is powered by Fidelis Care.
