Fatal Crash in Kortright

Bob Joseph/WNBF News [file][/caption]A Delaware County man is dead following a crash in the Town of Kortright May 16.

New York State Police say 58 year old Michael Berry of East Meredith was driving on West Kortright Church Road at 5:46 p.m. when his pickup truck left the road for unknown reasons, hit a culvert and rolled over.

Berry was taken to AO Fox Hospital where he was pronounced dead from internal injuries.

The investigation is continuing.
