The Governor says popular fall destinations for tourists can operate under coronavirus pandemic guidelines.   

Agritourism businesses like corn mazes, haunted houses, hayrides and pick-your-own fruit and vegetable operations have a list of directives under New York’s NY Forward guidance, including distancing rules, reduced capacity, face coverings and sanitation stations.

Haunted Houses are permitted under the Low Risk Indoor Arts and Entertainment guidance with reduced capacity, face covering and social distance maintained between individuals and parties. 

Frequently touched surfaces like handrails on hayrides must be cleaned and sanitized between rides.
