Four Southern Tier residents are accused of manufacturing methamphetamine in Endwell.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Highway Patrol Division showed up at a home on Wilson Avenue on the evening of October 20 to look for a person wanted on a probation violation when they say they found four people in the process of using the ‘One Pot’, otherwise known as “Shake and Bake’ method to make methamphetamine.

Those four were taken into custody and one was reportedly found to have a bag of heroin and hypodermic instrument in his possession.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force was then contacted to continue the investigation.

The New York State Police Contaminated Crime Scene Emergency Response Team was activated to make the location safe for the night.

October 21, authorities say they seized about 17 fluid ounces of methamphetamine oil.

28 year old Stephen Kutney III of Endwell, 30 year old Jeffrey Randall of Glen Aubrey, 25 year old Kimberly Demkovich of Apalachin and 19 year old Katlyn Haas of Endwell were sent to the Broome County Jail.

The Town of Union Code Enforcement Office inspected the residence, determined the house was unsafe and it was condemned.
