Endicott Man Indicted on Sex Charges

An Endicott man is under indictment on sex crime charges.

The Broome County District Attorney’s office says 41 year old Jared Hotaling has been indicted on predatory sexual assault against a child, three counts of sex abuse, course of sexual conduct against a child, attempted criminal sexual act, criminal sexual act, three counts of rape and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Hotaling was arrested by Endicott Police in May and was accused of having sexual contact with a 14 year old girl from 2011 to 2013 and having several sexual contacts with a 12 year old girl during the same time period.
