Endicott Man Found Guilty of Shaking Baby Girl
Sentencing is set for May for an Endicott man convicted for violently shaking a baby, causing serious brain injury.
The Broome County District Attorney’s office says 26-year-old Kelvin LeBron was convicted February 18 of felony reckless assault of a child.
The three-month-old girl was reportedly injured in November, 2017 in Endicott.
In a statement, Attorney General Michael Korchak said “justice was served.”
LeBron was arrested in January of 2018 following an investigation by the Endicott Police and indicted by a Grand Jury five months later.
