Endicott Man Accused of Shopping With Stolen Check

 An Endicott man is accused of using a stolen check to buy items at a local store.

Broome County Sheriff’s Detectives say 34-year-old Christopher Starchok is charged with identity theft, petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property.

Officials say Starchok was released after his arrest and ordered to appear in Town of Vestal Court at a later date.
