The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Correction Investigation Unit is announcing the discovery of more contraband in the jail, including various narcotics in the possession of one inmate.

29-year-old Chase Healey of Binghamton is accused of having 11 suboxone strips, 6 tabs of LSD, 6 Buprenorphine/Naloxone pills and a hypodermic needle at the jail in the Town of Dickinson.

Healey is charged with three felony counts of promoting prison contraband and misdemeanor criminal possession of a hypodermic needle.

He remains in the Broome County Jail.
