Drug Items Found in Kirkwood Traffic Stop

A Conklin man, pulled over for inadequate tail lights is being charged with drug possession after a Broome County Sheriff’s Deputy said he saw a bong in the vehicle he pulled over on Upper Court Street in Kirkwood.

26 year old Luke Silver also reportedly had a grinder, used to pulverize marijuana and baggies containing methamphetamine and Suboxone in the vehicle.

Silver is charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of unlawful possession of marijuana.

He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Kirkwood Court at a later date.
