Driver Faces Charges After Tioga Traffic Stop

A Tioga County man has been accused of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Authorities say 26-year-old Jess Anderson-Woodman of Station Road, Spencer, was arrested around 7 a.m. Sunday.

According to the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, Anderson-Woodman was stopped on Robinson Hollow Road in the town of Richford.

Investigators say he was charged with driving while intoxicated involving drugs and alcohol. He also was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminally using drug paraphernalia and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies also cited him as an unlicensed operator.

Anderson-Woodman was ordered to appear in Richford town court on August 21.
