The meeting will take place at the Candor Central School on Academy Street starting at 6:30 p.m.

The bridge was built in 1984. Officials say although it is safe, there are some concrete issues which must be addressed.

Work on the bridge project could start next month. The job is expected to be completed by early next year.

The bridge is used by an average of 2500 vehicles per day. The DOT is considering utilizing a 1.7-mile detour while the construction project is underway.
