Deposit Man Charged With Another Sex Crime

A Deposit man, who had been arrested August 20^th on two counts of sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly having sexual contact with a 15 year old is now being charged with felony rape and misdemeanor criminal sexual act.

New York State Police say 30 year old Nathan Tuttle is believed to have had sexual contact with a different person under the age of 17.

Tuttle had first been arrested and jailed in Broome County on $1,000 bail.

Troopers say, on the new charges, Tuttle was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $5,000 bail.
