Delaware County Woman Accused of Possessing PCP

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say a Hobart woman is facing charges after officials received a report of a woman acting strangely on River Street March 24.

28 year old Jennifer Day is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies say they found a liquid substance from Day’s home that was identified as Phencyclidine or PCP.

She was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 bail.
