Delaware County Man Accused of Forcibly Touching a Minor

A Delaware County man is accused of forcibly touching the intimate parts of a child under the age of 17.

Sheriff’s officials say they arrested 48-year-old Mark Boice of Delancy January 17 on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and forcible touching.

Authorities did not provide any information about when or where the alleged incident or incidents took place or the relationship of Boice to the reported victim.

Boice was released on his own recognizance to appear in Town of Hamden Court at a later date.
