Delaware County Horse is a Reported Repeat Offender

A Masonville woman is being told by authorities to control her horse.

Delaware County Sheriff’s officials say they got a report of a horse in the road at Parker Hollow and Foster roads September 26.

Authorities say police agencies have gotten numerous complaints about 58 year old Rose Crampton’s horse running at large dating back to July of last year.

In some incidents, neighbors said the horse caused not only a nuisance, but also almost caused traffic accidents.

Crampton is charged with criminal nuisance.
