Crash Results in Drunk Driving Charge in Tioga
A crash in Tioga County is resulting in drunk driving charges against the motorist.
New York State Police say 54 year old Lyle Duncan had a blood alcohol level at close to twice the legal limit after he reportedly crashed into a guide rail on Straits Corner Road in the Town of Tioga shortly after 5:30 p.m. Sunday, March 6.
Duncan was not injured.
He’s been ordered to appear in Town of Tioga Court later this month.
