Two Cortland men are accused of breaking into a home in the Town of Homer in April.

Sheriff’s officials say 24 year old Artis Young and 23 year old Daryl Eaton have been arrested and both charged with felony counts of burglary, criminal mischief and grand larceny as well as misdemeanor conspiracy.

Investigators say April 14th, the home on West Scott Road was broken into when no one was home and several times stolen.

Most of that property has been recovered.

Authorities say both Young and Eaton were already being held in the Cortland County Jail on a separate investigation when they were charged with the burglary Tuesday, July 5.

Bail on the latest charges is set at $10,000 for each man.
