Sheriff’s officials say they arrested 25-year-old Jacob Falso during an investigation into a crash on Kellogg Road in the Town of Cortlandville at 10:50 p.m. January 12.

Deputies say they found Falso in possession of several items used to manufacture methamphetamine along with a hypodermic instrument.

Authorities say the crash happened as Falso apparently failed to negotiate a curve.

Falso is charged with felony unlawful manufacturing methamphetamine and misdemeanor criminally possessing a hypodermic instrument.

He was sent to the Cortland County Jail without bail.
