Cortland County Man Accused of Burglarizing Ice Cream Stand

Cortland County Sheriff’s officials say a Cincinnatus man is charged with felony counts of burglary, grand larceny and computer trespass in connection with the theft of over $1,000 in money and property from Dave’s Dairy Treat on Route 26 in Cincinnatus.

Authorities say they were called to the business on Route 26 at around 11:25 a.m. May 25^th for a reported break-in.

24 year old Adam Tomlinson was arrested May 31.  He was released on his own recognizance to appear in Town of Cincinnatus Court at a later date.
