Authorities say the cocaine seized at 14 Green Street on the North Side has an approximate street value of $30,000. The apartment house is located less than a block west of Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School.

Police also confiscated marijuana and $1,877 in suspected drug sale proceeds.

A South Side man face five felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Investigators say 41-year-old Clarence Rochelle of Felters Road was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and sent to Broome County Jail.
