Broome Man Accused of Using Stolen Card Number for Grubhub Food
Authorities say a Broome County resident faces a felony charge after he allegedly used someone else's debit card information to order food deliveries.
According to the sheriff's office, 26-year-old Zachery Constable of Windsor was arrested on Monday.
Investigators say Constable has been accused of using a stolen debit card number to make unauthorized ATM withdrawals and Grubhub purchases.
Constable was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and identity theft. He also faces two counts of petit larceny. He was issued appearance tickets for the charges.
Constable was being held at Broome County Jail in connection with an unrelated incident.
