Broome County New York Sheriff’s Office Details Weekly Arrests

The Broome County Sheriff's Office released its weekly arrest report on May 19, 2025.

Arrests and charges from the Broome County Sheriff's Office do not reflect all the department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Rape

Isaiah Foote of Maine was charged with Rape in the 1st Degree following a rape investigation in the Town of Maine. Foote was also charged with Sexual Misconduct, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a separate investigation in the Town of Union.

Harrassment

Jose Garcia from Binghamton was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following a harassment investigation in the Town of Union.

Todd Bellinger of Harpursville was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Colesville.

Ann Acevedo from Endwell was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Village of Endicott.

Criminal Mischief

Dustin Burdick from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree,  and Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a dispute in the Town of Dickinson.

Impaired By Drugs

Adam Davidson of Trenton, New Jersey, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs along with multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in the Town of Triangle.

Criminal Possession

Nicholas Shearer from Whitney Point was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following an investigation into suspicious activity in the Town of Triangle.

Criminal Contempt

Lisa McKnight from Marathon was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.

Criminal Trespass

Annika Malhotra of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Colesville.

Aaron Legg from Scottsdale, Arizona, was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Colesville.

Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer

Kaden Middleton from Owego was charged with Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, along with multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
