This list of arrests and charges is from the Broome County Sheriff's report on March 4, 2026. Activities and arrests are listed below. Persons accused of any crime are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Multiple Charges
In this week's repprt from the Broome County Sheriff, Romario Robinson from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree, three Counts of Illegal Possession of Vehicle Identification Number, Conspiracy in the 5th Degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 2nd Degree, Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer in the 3rd Degree, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Reckless Driving, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, and multiple other Traffic Violations, following a stolen vehicle pursuit that ended in the Village of Johnson City.
Criminal Possession
As a result of a stolen vehicle pursuit that ended in the Village of Johnson City, Shelby Medovich of Harpursville was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd Degree, three Counts of Illegal Possession of Vehicle Identification Number, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, and Conspiracy in the 5th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Lynsey Moody from Binghamton was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton, along with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.
Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Anthony Brady of Binghamton was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Shannon Shoemaker from Endicott was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Union.
The Broome County Sheriff's Office noted that following a traffic stop in the Town of Kirkwood, Richard Diffendorf, Sr. from Kirkwood was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Richard Degroat, Jr. of Windsor was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Windsor.
An investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Dickinson resulted in Deidre Brady from Binghamton being charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree.
Promoting Prison Contraband
Kris Parker of Endicott was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree following an investigation into contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
The Broome County Sheriff's report listed Noah Sivers of Conklin being charged with Aggravated Family Offense, following an investigation into an order of protection violation at the Broome County Correctional Facility. In addition, he was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 1st Degree and Promoting Prison Contraband in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Devon Garry of Johnstown, New York, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into contraband at the Broome County Correctional Facility.
Petit Larceny
The March 4th report lists Heather Smith from Binghamton, charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
Jeremy Drake of Binghamton was charged with two counts of Petit Larceny, following multiple larceny investigations in the Town of Chenango. In addition, he was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a narcotics investigation in the City of Binghamton.
Criminal Mischief
Following a harassment investigation in the Town of Vestal, Damian Ortiz from Endicott was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree.
This week's charges and arrest report noted that Jonathon Komar of Endicott was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree following a criminal mischief investigation in the Town of Union.
Criminal Impersonation
Gary Williams of Binghamton was charged with Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree and Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.
Burglary
Following a burglary investigation in the Town of Chenango, Jason Turner, Sr. from the Town of Chenango was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 3rd Degree, and three counts of Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree.
Assault
In this week's Broome County Sheriff's report, after an investigation into a physical altercation at the Broome County Correctional Facility, Kyron Milner was charged with Assault in the 2nd Degree.
Laura Connelly of Endicott was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree after an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.
Criminal Contempt
Following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Village of Windsor, Mikaella Markoff from Windsor was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree.
Child Endangerment
Gerald Reppard, Jr. of Port Crane was charged with Child Endangerment after an investigation into a child offense in the Town of Chenango.
