The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the Broome County Sheriff's Department's activity for the week. All persons are considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

All arrests and charges are open and ongoing investigations through local law enforcement agencies, including the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force, or other law enforcement agencies.

Petit Larceny

Angel Shelton from Endicott was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Burglary

Mark Brown of Endicott was charged with Burglary in the 3rd Degree following a burglary investigation in the Town of Union.

Obstruction Of Governmental Administration

William Pierce, III of Binghamton was charged with Resisting Arrest, Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, Class A Misdemeanors, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree, a Misdemeanor, and multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Criminal Mischief

Brian Luke from Endicott was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following an investigation into criminal mischief in the Town of Union.

Traffic Violations

Aubrey Ross of Endicott was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a Misdemeanor, and multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.

Charise Adams from Binghamton was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a Misdemeanor, and multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
