
Broome County Weekly Arrest Report Reveals Criminal Charges
The weekly report from the Broome County Sheriff's Office was released on August 27, 2025.
The arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

According to the release from the Broome County Sheriff's Office:
Criminal Contempt
In this week's BCSO report, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Conklin, Gary Nixon from Conklin was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Petit Larceny
Matthew Hartman of Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.
Obstruction of Governmental Administration
Following an investigation into suspicious behavior in the Town of Dickinson, James Fendick, Jr., from the Town of Dickinson, was charged with Obstruction of Governmental Administration in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Criminal Possession
The latest BCSO reports note that Efrain Feliciano of Endicot was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Union.
Charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, was Starr-Lyte Reid from Conklin, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Conklin.
At a traffic stop in the Town of Union, Amanda Doty was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Class A Misdemeanors.
Aggravated DWI
According to the BCSO arrest report, Alexandra Nikolovski from Lisle was charged with two counts of Aggravated DWI with a Child (1st Offense), Class E Felonies, Driving While Intoxicated (1st Offense), a Misdemeanor, Aggravated DWI, a Misdemeanor, and Child Endangerment, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a DWI investigation in the Town of Nanticoke.
Aggravated Animal Cruelty
Following an investigation into animal abuse in the Town of Union, Patricia Sharpe of Endicott was charged with Aggravated Animal Cruelty, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Tampering with Physical Evidence
Bobby Gayle, Jr. from Newark Valley was charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence, a Class E Felony, Criminal Impersonation in the 2nd Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.
