These arrests and charges listed below do not reflect all the activities of the Broome County Sheriff's Department for the week. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Criminal Possession

According to the report from the Sheriff's Department, Rhonda Richter from Kirkwood was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Town of Chenango.

Julie Evanitsky of Endicott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree following a traffic stop in the Village of Endicott.

Criminal Mischief

Several charges for Brooks York from Owego, including Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, two counts of Petit Larceny, and two counts of Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, following separate investigations into vandalism in the Town of Dickinson.

Petit Larceny

As a result of an investigation in the Town of Chenango, Courtney Douglas was charged with Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor.

Mitchell Paul, Jr. from Binghamton was charged with Petit Larceny, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

In this week's Broome County Sheriff's arrest report, Jessica Backus of Deposit was charged with Petit Larceny following a larceny investigation in the Town of Fenton.

Also charged with Petit Larceny was Joseph Cascio from Endicott, following an investigation into a larceny in the Town of Union.

Assault

John Matson, Jr. of Whitney Point was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Triangle.

Harrassment

A harassment charge for Scott Olson of Maine (New York), in the 2nd Degree, a Violation, following an investigation in the Town of Maine.

John Lamoree, III, from Maine, was charged with Aggravated Harassment in the 2nd Degree following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union.

Following an investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Union, Herman Gousby of Endicott was charged with Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation.

Traffic Violations

Louis Saunders, Jr., from Endicott, was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, along with multiple traffic violations, following a traffic stop in the Town of Dickinson.

Following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton, Paul Noyd of Windsor was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs, along with multiple traffic violations.
