Multiple Charges
This week's Broome County Sheriff arrest and charges report lists Christopher West of Deposit as charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, and Criminal Possession of Burglar Tools, following a burglary investigation in the Town of Colesville.
Jillian O’Rourke of Endicott was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, and two counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Union.
Criminal Contempt
After an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union, Kevin Espe was charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree.
Criminal Trespass
Michell Furgeson was charged with Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree, following a trespassing investigation in the Town of Colesville.
Aggravated Harassment
In this week's Broome County Sheriff report, following a harassment investigation in the Broome County Correctional Facility, Theodore Burke from Binghamton was charged with Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Incarcerated Individual, a Class E Felony.
Criminal Possession/Contempt
Rondell Dowdell of Endicott was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Criminal Contempt in the 2nd Degree, following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the Town of Union.
Bail Jumping
Following a warrant execution in the Town of Barker, John Short from the Town of Triangle, was charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd Degree.
Criminal Possession
Junelle Perry of Harpursville was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.
