Brooklyn Man Jailed in Delaware County After Leaving Scene of Crash

A Brooklyn man is facing a number of charges including drunk driving and felony unlicensed operation of a vehicle following a crash in Delaware County.

Sheriff’s officials arrested 22-year old David Mordechay June 9 after he allegedly left the scene of the crash at 2:48 p.m. in the Town of Delhi without reporting it.

Mordechay is also charged with unlicensed operator, driving without a seat belt, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $20,000 bail.
