Broken Windshield Results in Drug Arrest
Broome County Sheriff’s Deputies say they found a half dozen hypodermic needles and narcotics in a car they stopped on Old Front Street in the Town of Dickinson for having a broken windshield and the driver not wearing a seat belt on January 2.
Authorities accuse 32 year old Courtni Rozelle of Johnson City of lying to them about her identity since she was on probation and there was a warrant for her arrest.
Officials say they confiscated methamphetamine, crack cocaine and heroin and also found Rozelle had a suspended driver’s license.
She’s charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Rozelle was sent to the Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail.
