BREAKING NEWS: Serious Crash Closes Route 96 in Candor
Tioga County Emergency Services report a serious crash on Spencer Road in Candor has closed the road in both directions.

Authorities say few details are available to released but there may have been two vehicles involved in the collision shortly after 3 a.m. June 9.
Route 96 (Spencer Road) was shut down in the area of Straits Corners Road and authorities anticipated the closure would remain in place through the morning.
No other details about the crash or possible injuries is available.
