A 26-year-old woman was charged with reckless endangerment after a custody dispute in Tioga County.

Authorities say Marina Burnard of Binghamton was arrested following a reported altercation on Allyn Road in the town of Tioga.

Investigators say Burnard allegedly almost struck a person with a car as she drove away from the scene in a reckless manner.

In addition to reckless endangerment, Burnard faces a count of harassment.

Burnard was arraigned in Tioga town court and sent to the county jail on $2,000 bail.
