You may have heard of the Binghamton Sertoma, but do you know, really know, the backstory of this club and the massive impact that they have on the Binghamton community?

The word "Sertoma" stands for SERvice TO MAnkind. The club believes that each and every member is called to make a difference in our community and they hold each other to that. For 90 years, Sertoma members have been serving others right here in the Southern Tier community.

It was 37 years ago that the Binghamton Sertoma introduced the “Million Dollar Antique Show” to the Southern Tier and this show quickly grew to become the largest antique show in Southern New York State, drawing in people from all over New York State and beyond.

The Million Dollar Antique Show is a major fundraiser for the Binghamton Sertoma Club, and according to members, it "serves as a way to raise funds to support speech-language pathology, college scholarships, and recreational and educational services for children."  Money raised at the Binghamton Antique Show directly benefits Camp Sertoma, which is a day camp located in Kirkwood. Camp Sertoma has been giving kids the chance to experience the outdoors for 65 years.

The Million Dollar Antique Show will take place at the SUNY Broome Ice Center, 907 Front Street in Binghamton On Friday, April 12th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, April 13th from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, April 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
