A man suspected of burglarizing a residence on Binghamton's West Side was arrested after police spotted him on surveillance cameras.

Authorities say 18-year-old Kenneth Cannon of Binghamton has been charged with two counts of second-degree burglary.

Investigators say Cannon is believed to have burglarized a Thorp Street residence on Christmas Day and again on January 23.

Detectives say the suspect was captured on city surveillance cameras carrying a television reported stolen in the second burglary.

Police say Cannon was taken into custody after he was seen walking near the downtown roundabout.

Cannon was arraigned in Binghamton City Court and ordered held at Broome County Jail.
