Binghamton’s Halloween Pet Parade

Twin Tiers pet owners are sharing photos of their four-footed 'monsters' on our Digital Halloween Pet Parade without the fur flying.

None of the tricked out 'fur kids' were particularly scary (Okay, maybe the Flying Monkey, a little bit) but we know every one of them deserves their fair share of treats!
