Binghamton Mets Host Future Yankees

June 2, the Thunder outlasted the B-Mets to post a 6-4 win.  Going into the June 3 game the B-Mets were one game over .500 at 26-25 while the Thunder was 28-24. Trenton is the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees.Sulbaran makes his tenth start of the season, is 3-3 and has an ERA of 4.05.

Gavin Cecchini has been carrying a hot bat for Binghamton.  He is hitting at a .411 clip over his last 14 games with two home runs and seven runs driven in while going 23-56.

The series concludes June 4 with another 6:35 p.m. game.  Luis Cessa is the scheduled starter for Pedro Lopez' team while another left-hander, Caleb Smith, gets the nod for Trenton.
