Binghamton Man Arrested and Cocaine Kept Off the Streets
A raid of a City of Binghamton address sends the resident to jail and keeps almost 3 ounces of unpackaged cocaine from getting onto the streets.
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested 43 year old Damian High at his home on George Street November 1 and seized 2.8 ounces of cocaine.
High is charged with felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of over 1 1/2 ounce of a controlled substance.
