Binghamton Couple Arrested on Several Felony Drug Counts
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force say they’ve confiscated Fentanyl, cocaine, Psilocybin mushrooms, suspected drug money and marijuana in a raid on a Park Avenue, Binghamton home.
26-year-old Bethany Kasson and 38-year-old Anthony Thompson are each charged with six felony and five misdemeanor counts.
Each is charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, three counts of criminal possession of over a half ounce of a controlled substance, one count of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and four counts of using drug paraphernalia.
Authorities say the Friday raid turned up $7,800 in suspected drug sale proceeds as well as the drugs and packaging materials.
