The over hour-long video was removed from the Councilman's public Facebook page later in the day.

The Mayor's office says the City lawyers requested a copy of the video for cybersecurity review but it had apparently been deleted.

The release states the matter has been reported to the Office of the New York State Comptroller but has not indicated what action the Mayor's office is seeking in the matter.
