The Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce is gearing up for its latest community building series which takes a look at agriculture, energy and transportation industries.

The session, which is the third panel discussion, takes place Wednesday, September 21 at the Holiday Inn in downtown Binghamton.

The presentation is called "State of our Agricultural, Energy and Transportation Industries."

The Chamber says it is holding the 2022 Community Building Series to provide the region with an in-depth view of industry sectors in Broome County.

Those attending the breakfast and discussion will hear from industry leaders in agriculture, energy and transportation and have a chance to engage in conversation on industry-specific trends and opportunities for collaboration.

Among those confirmed to speak are Kayra Biasillo, Agricultural Economic Specialist with with Cornell Cooperative Extension of Broome County, Broome County’s Aviation Commissioner at the Greater Binghamton Airport, Mark Heefner, C.M., Thomas Wisner, PE. Region 9 Regional Director, Region 9 Construction Engineer and the Program Engineer Manager for BAE Systems, Matthew Boecke.

The series is sponsored by Mirabito. Mirabito Holdings, Incorporated Chairman and CEO, Joe Mirabito is moderating the event.
