Binghamton “Career Criminal” Found Guilty in 2018 Colesville Burglary
A Binghamton man who is said to have a long criminal history will be sentenced in May after being convicted of felony burglary by a Broome County Jury January 30.
The Broome County District Attorney calls 37-year-old Charles Galusha a "career criminal."
Galusha was arrested in March of last year following an investigation by the New York State Police into a burglary in the Town of Colesville that reportedly happened in November of 2018.
Prosecutors say Galusha entered a home on Colesville Road and took a shotgun and some silver coins.
Sentencing is scheduled for May 20,2020.
