Crime Victims’ Rights Week is underway in the Binghamton area.

The Crime Victims Assistance Center has erected a wall at the Oakdale Mall near JC Penny honoring the lives of local homicide victims.

In addition to the annual display at the mall, CVAC plans a Survivor’s Tribute April 12 in honor of all crime victims and survivors.  The tribute takes place at Otsiningo Park from 6 to 7 p.m.

The caps off with the Victims Rights Breakfast Friday, April 15 at the Holiday Inn downtown.
