Kathy Whyte/WNBF News [file][/caption]Pennsylvania State Police say they have rounded up 17 suspects in a narcotics trafficking sting with one still on the loose.  Authorities say they also nabbed two fugitives from justice in the operation around Bradford County.

Troopers say arrest warrants were issued as a result of undercover narcotic purchases around the county where methamphetamine, crystal meth, heroin and prescription narcotics were obtained.

Charges included possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a telecommunication facility, criminal conspiracy, and possession of a controlled substance.

5 arrests were Towanda residents, 2 each from Wysox and Gillett and the rest from Meshoppen, Dushore, New Albany, Athens, Sayre, Rome and Tunkhannock. Police are still looking for 37 year old Gerald Hicks of Canton.

31 year old Dustin Miller of Waverly and 28 year old Joshua Ray Vanderpool of Rome were apprehended as fugitives from justice.

22 year old Brooke Maloney of Towanda

23 year old Willaim McClintic of Monroeton

52 year old Joseph Neely of Rome

48 year old Molly Pedro of Towanda

39 year old Douglas Smith of Gillett

24 year old Bonnie Spindler of Tunkhannock
